SANDY EFFECTS

A surface sandblasting machine is used in our facilities not only for assisting in the surface cleaning process, but also achieving a different eloxal surface.

Burrs, dirt, etc. on the profile surface prior to the powder paint process are removed in chemical pre-washing baths. However, considering environmental awareness, the load of these machines should be decreased as much as possible. We subject all profiles that will be powder painted to pre-sandblasting and then chemical cleaning in consideration of this awareness.

In addition, eloxal treatment applied to sandblasted profiles also gives very smooth surface effects.
